You can join any of the regular instrumental practice groups free of charge.
You will be invited to play in the chamber concert performances which are arranged for the instrumental groups from time to time.
If you are a string player of grade 5 standard or above you will be invited to play in SBCO orchestral concerts twice a year.
If you are a wind, brass or percussion player of grade 5 standard or above you will be considered for the place available in the SBCO orchestra (according to repertoire).
You will have free access to the collection of scores and parts in SBCO’s music library.
You will receive regular newsletters with advance information about SBCO events and activities.
You will be invited to SBCO social events.
You will be able to buy your concert tickets at concessionary prices.
If you would like to become an SBCO Friend, please complete the application form and return it to the SBCO Office. You should also include your payment or a completed standing order form.
