SBCO has two categories of membership: Friends and Playing Friends.
A Friend provides support for the organisation’s aims and activities by paying an annual subscription of £15 (or more).
A Playing Friend can join one or more of SBCO’s instrumental groups and attend regular tutored sessions each spring and autumn, as well as providing support for the organisation, by making an annual payment of £30 (or £20 for a child).
Annual subscriptions are payable in July; though Playing Friends joining in January or after can pay an initial half-year subscription of £20 (adult) or £12 (child).
Discounted rates are available when two or more members of a family join as Playing Friends. Please contact the SBCO office if this applies to you.
If you are a UK tax payer, you can increase the value of your subscription by signing a gift aid declaration. Gift aid means that for every pound you give, the SBCO can currently claim an extra 28 pence from the Inland Revenue.
